Mayo Training institute  aims to ensure that our  services meet the needs of our learners and customers at all times in accordance with customer, statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as our policies and procedures.

Our senior management team  are responsible for the implementation of our Quality System and for achieving and maintaining compliance with all our policies and procedures . We are committed to:

  1. Developing and improving our Quality System
  2. Continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality System

 

Mayo training institute has a continuing commitment to:

  1. Reviewing the internal and external issues affecting our Quality System and the needs and expectations of our stakeholders
  2. Ensuring that our customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled.

 

We will endeavour to comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and constantly monitor our quality performance  and implement improvements when appropriate.

We will ensure that all personnel understand the requirements of this Quality Policy and abide with the requirements of the Quality System as set out in our  Quality and training Manual.

This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability.
